This is 15 Minutes of Freedom. I'm your host, Ryan Neidell, and today's episode is What is Coaching? In today's episode, I'm going to lift back the veil and explain exactly what it is that I do during coaching. I feel compelled to share this. I feel compelled to share this because there's this aura that goes around that coaches just refuse to share their protocol, their methodology. their protocol, their methodology, right? Like this is some secret wizardry that you have to pay tens of $20,000 or $50,000 for to figure out how it all works. And I get that, right? That's a scarcity claim. That's a way to make it seem that you would have a higher perceived value in a coach if you had to pay for access to what they know. I love it. From a marketing standpoint, it's brilliant. And actually, what I'm about to do from a marketing standpoint is the worst thing for my career possible. But I feel compelled to do it. We'll call it the voice. We'll call it intuition. You can call it God. You can call it higher power. I don't really care what you refer to this as, but something has told me just to share what this really looks like. So here we go. I have multiple different levels in which we can communicate with one another.


Program Description And Benefits

The first level is fairly simple. It's an accountability group. The accountability group has been a work in progress for quite some time. I've got a waiting list right now of about 450 people. Could be more, could be less. The accountability group is going to be phenomenal for someone that knows exactly what they want, has already overcome every limiting belief they have, has a solid foundation of how they want to work and integrate. And they're simply looking for some core daily habits and accountability because they know that without accountability, they don't get to where they want to arrive to. You see, I'm convinced that in order to have the level of success that you're searching for, you need a map. And that map is not only a roadmap to get you there, but it's also the map in the aspect of you need a mentor, you need accountability, and you need a plan. And potentially you already have a mentor. You've already had that at some point in your life. Maybe you don't think you really need one right now. I get it. Maybe there is a chance you cannot afford one right now. I also understand that. I've been there many times. But the accountability is something that I can offer, right? And I can teach you and walk you through planning, right? Goal setting. And that's a very low commitment. I say a very low commitment for the value you're going to get out of it and the change you have in your life. To me, 197 bucks is not that big of a deal because it's daily interaction. A lot of daily interaction in a big group setting with 450, 500 people in it That will keep growing continuously I Would ask you or anybody that comes in that group to be ready for a three-month commitment if nothing less than three months Now it's an ask.


IT TAKES 21 DAYS TO CREA A HABIT. 90 DAYS IS HELL (02:55)

There's not a contract. I Don't hold your feet to the fire. If you want your money back you want to quit go ahead and I Get it Really what it's gonna to take is six months. Share that up front. It takes 21 days to create a habit. It takes 90 days to create a lifestyle. And to me it takes then six months to replace what your soul has been living for so long. That's not what most people want to tell you. It's much more sexy to say, I'm going to solve all your problems in a month. You'll be fine. I get it, but that's not really how this actually works. When you come into the group, as I hope you do, you will have access to take a test.


THE LIFE OPTIMIZATION TEST (03:54)

That test is referred to as a life optimization test. The life optimization test will allow you to understand a roadmap of how to truly optimize every variable of your life. From the way you communicate with others to the way you communicate with yourself. To the things that have been holding you back for so long. You're going to get it. Complimentary. Now the retail value on this test alone is $397. You can have it absolutely free. I give that to you because without that, I think it's almost inappropriate for me to say that I can help you stay accountable if we don't really know what base system you're working off of. The beautiful part is on the backside of that, you can retake that test once a month for the next three months, four months, five months, six months. You can keep retaking the test. I will ask you to retake the test after your time together in the accountability group because if things have changed and you have actually made a meaningful impact, your scores will move. There will be a new you that is present. a new you that is present. Okay. So that, that is one path. And that path is again, for the, for the people or person that might've already had a mentor that already knows how to fire in all cylinders, but simply wants someone to hold them accountable daily. Not only is there the daily interactions with me and inside the group and inside this private Facebook community, but there's also then a once a week call that I hop in for an hour, hour and a half. private Facebook community, but there's also then a once a week call that I hop in for an hour, hour and a half, and we go through what I refer to as a hot seat. Members of the group have access to a Woo form that they are able to submit something that they're having an issue with. And one of them is selected, maybe two, depending on the timetable. And we literally process through it real time in the group. That group processing then stays up in the group forever. You can always go back and review it. You get access to PDFs and trainings and all types of stuff, right? Video series. You try to add a lot of value. Not I try to. I do add a lot of value. I feel very comfortable with the combination of the life optimization test mirrored with the PDF, the group training sessions and everything else I do, bare minimum every month, that's $2,000 worth of value. So maybe that's a path for you. The next path above and beyond that is a small group path. Maybe the level of commitment that you're ready to make is not one where you're able to go 100% in on yourself.


THE SMALL GROUP PATH (06:24)

You just can't get there. And maybe because of financial constraints, time constraints, whatever it would be. But I've actually found that when you put people in a group and there's accountability amongst people that think the same way, because that group, you're going to have to be paired up with other individuals that match your personality traits. That life optimization test becomes almost the guiding factor to figure out which group you should go into with three to four other people so that we're able to make the biggest impact in the shortest amount of time. so that we're able to make the biggest impact in the shortest amount of time. That's a higher price point commitment than the large group, but not nearly as impactful and expensive as the one-on-one training. The small group training, there's daily videos, there's daily homework, there's daily action items. There's two once-a-week, well, I guess it'd be twice a week phone calls. One is a check-in call. One is where we talk about things that are working well and not working well. Then we have commitments to ourselves that we're going to achieve during that week. And there's a follow-up phone call at the end of the week to make sure you achieved your goals. So it takes the initial accountability and puts it on hyperspeed. Those groups achieve more in really what ends up being a 12-week cycle, call it a total of 14, than most people do in a year. It's not even really close. There will be relationships that are forged in that group that will be lifelong relationships that you'll be able to transcend what it is that we do together. It's just the way those work. So in those groups, you have everything that we spoke about in the previous group, right? You still have access to all that. You also have the small pot itself of four to five people that are like-minded, that have all the same testing criteria that you have, so we can make an impactful change together. We have calls that end up being on a twice-a-week basis that break down goal setting activities, what has worked and what hasn't worked and how we go ahead and propel that forward. Then we have a check-in again to make sure that we've actually done what we committed to while also being a part of that small group and the interaction to go on there. That's number two. Number three ends up being a one-on-one session. This is currently the majority of my clients. The one-on-one session ends up being a one-on-one session. This is currently the majority of my clients.


Massive Impact Video (08:42)

The one-on-one session ends up being 14 weeks. There's a week of pre-training because I have systems and tools and softwares and vernacular that I want you to become accustomed to that I don't feel like you should really have to pay for. Right? Like, why should you have to pay because you don't know how to use the software? I think that's foolish. On the backside of that, you're followed up with a week of reintegration. See, everything I teach you is things that I know work, things that have been proven to work, things that have worked in my life, but we have to make sure they work for you in your life. That requires a week at the end of making sure that you take the healthy lifestyles and habits and systems and processes and that you've molded them into your actual life without the pressure of me breathing down your neck. That's part of life. The impactful part comes in the 12 weeks in between. 12 weeks in between, you have three video series, two of which run in parallel to start your journey. One is called the Massive Impact Video, and one is called the Acceleration Video. The Acceleration Coursework, which is a daily video that you get, it's somewhere between 5 and 15 minutes long. It addresses a habit, a lifestyle, a process and a procedure to help you find your own personal power. Every one of those videos has daily homework. That's come back to me. I check the homework to make sure you actually did it. I read all the answers. That also comes inside the software that we use internally. The massive impact videos go in a different direction. You see, I know that we can create an incredible house together. Your life, in my opinion right now, can be viewed as a house. We can build that house big and tall and wide and tons of rooms, marble, granite, everything you ever wanted. We can build that together in 12 weeks. Not only can we, we will build that. But if we didn't take time to relay and pour the right foundation and dig it to the right strength that needs to be had, that house will fall down as soon as I leave. That's how this works. So again, not attacking other coaches, their mindsets or protocols. I'm not just about holding you ruthlessly accountable during our time together. I'm actually hell bent on figuring out why it is that you think how you think and how to rewire that thought process to serve you in the next season of your life. So the massive impact videos take you down this really dark mental rabbit hole, really deep mental rabbit hole, figuring out the limiting beliefs, your old hierarchy, why you think how you think, who's bothered you, who's bothering you now, who we have to cut out of our lives, the stories we've told ourselves. That goes in parallel, right? Those two video series are between 45, actually I think it's 50 and 60 days long together. All those are going on in parallel.


Life optimization test (11:25)

On the backside of both of those videos, there's basically a 30-day sprint to the finish line. That 30-day sprint to the finish line is called the journey. Because now we've built healthy habits, we've rewired our brains for success, we've gotten rid of a lot of the old stories and old baggages we were carrying. We just have our luggage with us going forward into that next season. What we have to do now is create habits and processes and procedures to propel you to the next height of your life. And so I have to do that for you. And that has to be that third video series. It also has homework that's due every day. No different than massive impact, no different than acceleration. So you're going to, there's a time commitment, right? Like I pour in big time. In addition to that, we have a week, a once a week, one-on-one zoom phone call. I see you face to face. I do that because you can't run when you have to look me in the eye. You have to get down and dark and deep into what it is that you have been running from. I tell most clients in the first three to five weeks, expect to shed some tears. That's the old you dying. That's you leaving. It's not a badge of honor. I'm not trying to make you cry, but there's things that you've been running from your entire life that you have refused to deal with that we have to talk about. Those once a week phone calls, I strategically have it on a calendar that you get a link that you think it's 45 minutes. I know going into it, it's going to be an hour. It's a psychological tool I use. On the backside of that, I never put a stopwatch on an hour. If it goes to an hour and five or an hour and ten, so be it. In those phone calls, we set up goal setting, the right way to do that. We analyze and review the life optimization test. We use that to make impactful tweaks as we go forward on how we're going to achieve success together. We talk about the training videos. I hold you ruthlessly accountable to weekly action items, plus 90-day goals, plus six-month goals, plus one-year goals, plus we've set three and two-year goals, and we back into how to achieve them. This is intense. This is intense, as you heard yesterday. That is why my clients are having such massive success, because I don't believe there's many other people pouring in the level I pour in. When it gets that level of the game with me, you have access to my personal cell phone number. There's check-ins, there's homework, there's requirements. Depending on where you're at in your own life and your life cycle, I might ask you to have consistent check-ins with me on the phone to know what you're doing and what's going on. I do that in complete anonymity, anonymity of your life. No one knows what's going on. The stories that I share on the show are high level stories to inspire other people to take the risk and realize that they're actually worth it. Because there's a chance as you're listening to this, one of these three buckets interests you. You just don't know if you're worth it or not. I get it. Right, it's Christmas time. You got to spend money on gifts and other people and it's the spirit of the season to give to others. You can't pour any longer from an empty cup, my friends. It's not possible. Eventually, you're going to have to stop running and pour into yourself. What I can tell you is almost every client that I have currently has had a raise, has found more time, has become more profitable in their business, has lost weight, has stopped using drugs, have stopped cheating, have leveled up in every capacity of their life. So no matter which level of this game you decided you might want to play at, there's a home for you. And I can meet everybody where they're at. There's a plan or a path or a payment for anybody. Which leads me to the fourth bucket, the newest evolution of this. I get to have my first live event the second week of April.


One Year Functional Call (15:21)

It's going to be in Dallas, Texas. It's going to be the 12th and the 13th. I believe it to be a Friday, Saturday. I'm not looking at calendar. It's the second Friday and Saturday of the month. It's going to be limited to 300 seats. Not more. I suppose it could be less, but I'd be super shocked if there's less people there. This becomes then a seven-day lead-up. What it'll probably end up being, because I can't cram enough stuff in in seven days, it's going to be a 14-day lead-up to the event, and then two days on a deep dive that will change your life.


Different Things You Can Gain From Me (15:48)

I say that because I've been to so many live events and know so many different tools that I can execute if I'm face to face with you. That it will change the way that you think forever. The craziest part about each one of these buckets that I've expressed so far is there's not an upsell that's associated with them. I say that right because as a salesperson, we're all waiting for the, but wait, there's more. I get it. You might be waiting for that now. When you time out, when you graduate my program, sure, if you want held accountable, we can talk about that. If you want to go deeper in a different capacity, we can talk about a customized plan, but I'm not pushing it down your throat. I'm not worried about that. I know that I've done my job in such a way that you will be able to not recognize the person you used to be and know how to become the next best version of yourself after me. That to me is what successful coaching is all about. successful coaching is all about. It is not about codependent relationships that require you to invest for years and years and years at a time in order to feel validated. The next event that I'll have after April will end up being October. That October event will be capped at a thousand people. It most likely, based off the centralized location, will also be in Dallas. You might ask, why Dallas? You live in Columbus, Ohio. I certainly do. But after looking at every flight pattern and every flight map I could get, when I looked at the number of you that listen, and the areas in which you listen from, the cheapest flight patterns and the least expensive hotels all happen to be from where you're at into Dallas. So I was trying to be considerate. I also believe I'm going to open up some small group sessions that bring you to Columbus for a three to four day experience. These will be something different than you've ever experienced before. These will be a really deep dive down a rabbit hole that few people tend to want to go down. Right? In a four day experience, you can't run, you can't hide, you can't recalibrate. In a four-day experience, you can't run, you can't hide, you can't recalibrate. You get to experience all that it is to quote-unquote have it all. I won't get into all the nuances of what those four-day trainings look like, but there is a lot of stuff that will go on. There's physical evolutions, there's mental evolutions. There's basically taking the 12 weeks or 14 weeks of training that we do together and consolidating them down into four or five days. Again, there'll be a 20-day lead-up and a 20-day exit.


The Price Points (18:55)

So our total time commitment there, all-encompassing, will be about 45 days. In that 45 days, I can also guarantee guarantee your life will not be the same I'm sharing all this because I feel compelled to let you know what this actually is and how this actually works I don't really know why I felt compelled to I think for so long I thought coaching was something different I thought it meant you were broken I thought you had to be uber wealthy to get it to work for you I thought I was embarrassed to say it that I had a coach so I don't call this, I'm not a life coach I'll call it a life optimization coach because you are currently living your life, and I think you're inherently living it very well. I don't believe you're flawed or broken. I don't think you need fixed. What I believe is that every person on the planet could use a little bit of optimization, a little bit of a new perspective, a little bit of a shift, a little bit of a new perspective, a little bit of a shift, a little bit of a better way to live. And with the life optimization test that has proven to work time and time again, coupled with a very thought-out video sequence and homework, coupled with impactful one-on-one phone calls or group phone calls, depending on which side you go, things change, and things change very rapidly. And that's what it's all about, right? As I sit here and I look at the number of clients that I have now and the trickle down effect that I've had into their significant others and then their children and then their significant other's friends and the social circles, I'm growing momentum towards 125 million people.


Love Yourself (20:20)

And it feels great. Because I'm doing it because it matters. And sharing with you that you don't have to be a millionaire to have an optimized life. You don't have to have 50 grand in disposable cash sitting around. I'll even clue you into something more. I've decided to make sure that almost no matter what price point you're at, I would consider taking payments from you and not even make you feel bad about it. Because if you've been listening for a long time, you realize there was a point in my life where I was dead fucking broke. And at that moment, when my truck was getting repossessed, I needed this more than I needed anything else.

Because whether it's me or someone else that I know or someone that you've been thinking about for a long time, this season more than any, you deserve to treat yourself to something greater than you've been capable of. That's the gift of self-love. You deserve that for the first time.
